I am experiencing my own hardships like he did, maybe I should hit him up for coaching” – aww thanks bud, you’re cool too and I totally agree, I should be coaching you – and then you clicked on here to find out more.

THIS IS ME TRYING TO LOOK ALL PSYCHIC AND WHAT NOT.

And, unfortunately, no I’m not, but if you answered "NO" to any of the questions above, chances are, we are unfortunately not a match to work together. I’ve worked with enough clients and studied enough psychology to pretty much predict what’s gonna happen. I have been there myself. If you aren't aligned with the way I train and coach, you wont enjoy the experience, which is NOT what I want.

Now, if you did answer them all yes, let’s do this. I’ll outline everything online coaching entails and how my coaching process works below with my app. And then you can make a decision if it’s right for you.

What the hell is Online Coaching? 

Ok, so if you hadn’t gathered by now, I’m quite a visual person, so in order to explain why and how coaching will help you. 

I’m gonna draw it all out. And it’s gonna be awesome.

You’re starting out but there’s all this conflicting information, obstacles, and things of that nature that’s leaving you confused, frustrated, and anxious.

People waste an inordinate amount of time trying to work things out for themselves. Having an experienced coach will fast track your results.

The internet has made it so that you, the client, can now make an educated choice on whom you wish to work with. 

The internet has increased your options. You can now work with whom you wish to work with instead of being coupled with a random trainer from your local gym who you may not know nothing about. Picking machines that you use by licking their finger and holding it up into the wind.

My CV, so to speak, is all over the web: the blogs I write, my obnoxiously long Facebook posts, all the radios shows I did with Alayna in LA, all the popular websites I've written for, and of course, all the amazing people I help – from all of this you can discern a few things: 

– Do you like me? I’m not for everyone, and if you enjoy reading my content, then you’re also going to enjoy working with me. This automatically increases your chances of success. The more you like me, the better our relationship = the better your results. 

– Do I know my shit? From all the content I’ve put out, you can find out if I actually know what I’m talking about. 

– Am I a scammer? Look, it’s the internet and scams can happen. You have every right to be suspicious. Me putting myself out there should give you the confidence that I’m real and not a catfish trying to start a relationship on MTV.

Maybe after this process you'll be so confident you propose to the woman of your dreams, buy a cute dog, and start drawing really incredible pictures of Batman. Thats EXACTLY what one of my clients did.

+ Have little to some experience with lifting weights – You don’t have to be a super advanced lifter but you need to be able to perform the basics with good form after some time. This whole getting you sexy thing is done online. I have videos in my app to help, but keep good habits. There will be a weekly checklist for that.

+ ‘I don’t know about calories and macros? Am I not able to work with you?   – Not at all. My role as a coach is to teach. And the calorie and macro thing is easy to teach online, unlike performing exercises correctly, so it’s not a big deal. Plus you'll get a bitchen book that covers a ton!

+ Natural, Bruh. I have no issues with people wanting to take steroids, that’s their choice, but I only work with naturals. K, bye!
