For most of us, getting started in the gym or even the thought of what to do once your there is overwhelming at times.
What do I train?

These are all perfectly acceptable questions, which is why I designed this program to answer them all.
This training program is 12 weeks in duration and includes detailed instruction on different forms of cardio you may perform. As well as, workouts that wont have you begging for mercy, but more simply said getting you in tune with the gym as a whole. It will have you pushing your limits, while still having fun. Which encourages you to return the next day.
The most common problem today is that many that start go WAY TO HARD the first time. Making the subsequent days after seem nearly impossible. Its about building a steady momentum. So that after a week of training, you can say to yourself "Ok, that wasn't so bad. I can DO THIS".
